Waterproofing and Adhesion Enhancer Mortar Additive
CORULATEX is an additive material that improves adhesion and provides waterproofing when added to cement mortars
Suitable Application Areas
- Used as an adhesion enhancer between old and new plaster or concrete, in thin layer repair mortars,
- In floor screeds, for repairing concrete cracks, fractures, and segregations, in plasters,
- For forming corner chamfers, in wear-resistant coatings, ceramic adhesive mortars, and as a primer under screeds.

APPLICATION
- 1 part fresh cement and 2 parts sand are mixed. Water and CORULATEX are added to this mixture and mixed until it reaches the consistency of grout. It is applied to the wet surface with a hard-bristled brush. Before this layer dries, new mortar should be applied on it. If ready-mixed concrete or screed is to be applied before pouring; make sure that the mixer and pump are completely installed. Emulzer Latex is applied to the concrete surface and concrete is poured on it before it dries.
STORAGE, PACKAGING, CONSUMPTION
- Shelf life is at least 12 months from the date of manufacture in its unopened original packaging. Pot life, ~30 minutes (20°C) Protect from frost. May vary depending on the surface and workmanship. Approximately 75-150 gr/m2
