PLASTIK BIDON CORU CURE 200

CORU CURE-200

Acrylic-Based Surface Hardening Concrete Protection and Polishing Curing Compound (Solvent-Based)

An acrylic resin-based curing compound applied over surface hardeners on concrete and screed. It creates a protective, vapor
impermeable film layer that prevents cracking risks and gives the concrete a vibrant and glossy appearance.

Suitable Application Areas:

  • For both interior and exterior surfaces,
  • Applied over freshly poured concrete,
  • Suitable for all surface hardener applications as part of the concrete curing process,
  • For horizontal applications,
  • Can be used on floors in shopping malls, parking lots, garages, warehouses, factories, schools, hospitals, residential areas, etc.
FEATURES
  • Provides increase in concrete strength.
  • It prevents shrinkage cracks caused by rapid drying on the surface of the concrete during curing.
  • It has water repellent properties.
  • It is more effective than laborious cure methods such as spreading sacks and canvas or watering.
  • It does not contain solvents and is not flammable, so it can be used safely in closed areas.
  • It does not pose an obstacle to resin and cement based applications to be made on the cured surface after application.
APPLICATION
  • In molded applications, it should be applied on the fresh concrete immediately after the molds are removed, before the joint formation, by spraying as soon as the surface starts to lose its initial shine (when the surface water starts to evaporate), or by brush or roller, in a way that does not accumulate on the surface.
  • A soft short-bristled brush can be used on the wall, and a soft brush or roller can be used on the floor.
  • The product is applied to the surface as a thin layer of equal thickness. The drying time of the material is approximately 40 minutes (+20°C).
STORAGE, PACKAGING, CONSUMPTION
  • In 15 kg tins, 30 kg plastic drums and 180 kg barrels. Shelf Life: Can be stored for 12 months in its unopened packaging in a closed place that is not too hot. Shake before use. 150 - 180 g/m2 (Varies depending on the absorbency and roughness of the surface.)
