APPLICATION
  • Add 25 kg of POLİANK Mortar into 4 kg – 4.5 kg of clean water, continuing to mix with a slow and low speed mixer. A homogeneous consistency is achieved by mixing for at least 5 minutes.
  • To prevent air entrapment, the mortar is poured continuously from one side, with a thickness of 10 mm to 40 mm in each layer.
  • Due to fluidity, pouring can be done with the help of a pump.
  • At least 24 hours must be waited before removing the molds.
  • The freezing time is approximately 10 minutes, taking into account the weather conditions and ground conditions, and the walking time is between 20 and 30 minutes.
  • During the machine fixing process, the machines should not be operated for at least 12 hours.
  • The most effective factor to be considered during the application process and setting time is the weather conditions. Necessary precautions should be taken in weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature and rain or frost, and if necessary, the application should not be done.
STORAGE, PACKAGING, CONSUMPTION
  • It should be stacked up to 10 times in its original packaging.
  • Necessary precautions must be taken against water, humidity, frost and severe weather conditions.
  • It should be stored on a pallet and in a dry place between +10 and +25 C.
  • Punctured, opened and burst bags should be closed or used immediately.
  • If the specified storage conditions are observed, the storage life is 12 months.

  • Depending on the application technique and application density; for 1 mm thickness; 2 kg/m2 consumption rate.
  • The specified rates are theoretical standards and may vary depending on the application method and intensity of use.
