PLASTIK BIDON CORU CURE 300

CORU CURE-200

Acrylic Emulsion-Based, White-Colored, Water-Based Curing Compound

A water-based curing compound designed to prevent rapid water loss in concrete. It is acrylic emulsion-based and comes in a
white liquid form

Suitable Application Areas:

  • For both interior and exterior use,
  • Applicable on all vertical and horizontal concrete surfaces,
  • Used after fresh concrete and surface hardener applications,
  • In concrete applications where airflow and evaporation are high, and humidity is low,
  • Used in airport and field concretes,
  • Suitable for concrete roads and bridges,
  • Used in canals.
FEATURES
  • Provides increase in concrete strength.
  • It prevents shrinkage cracks on the surface of the concrete caused by rapid drying during curing.
  • It has water repellent properties.
  • It is more effective than laborious cure methods such as spreading sacks and canvas or watering.
  • It does not contain solvents and is not flammable, so it can be used safely in closed areas.
  • It does not pose an obstacle to resin and cement based applications to be made on the cured surface after application.
APPLICATION
  • In molded applications, it should be applied on the fresh concrete immediately after the molds are removed, before the joint formation, by spraying as soon as the surface starts to lose its initial shine (when the surface water starts to evaporate), or by brush or roller, in a way that does not accumulate on the surface.
  • A soft short-bristled brush can be used on the wall, and a soft brush or roller can be used on the floor.
  • The product is applied to the surface as a thin layer of equal thickness. The drying time of the material is approximately 2 hours (+20°C).
STORAGE, PACKAGING, CONSUMPTION
  • In 30 It plastic canisters and 180 It barrels. Shelf Life: Can be stored for 12 months in unopened packaging in a dry environment between +5°C and +25°C. Shake well before use. Protect from freezing. 200 - 300 g/m2 (Depending on the absorbency and roughness of the surface.)
