CORULIQUID is a flexible water insulation product which is acrylic elastomeric resin based, copolymer and granule filling, one component, plastic, bright coating.

High adhesion to the ground.
It does not break off, crack and swell.
It is applied easily.
It is ready to use. Do not thin.
It is enduring to chemicals and corrosions
It gives the surface a bright appearance.
It is durable to acid, petroleum products, water and solvents.
It has a high mechanical strength against abrasion and impacts.
It is not affected by water molds and bacteria.
It is enduring and impermeable to salt water, grease oil and petrol.
It isn’t affected by UV rays.
It can create barriers to moisture by filling the pores on the applied surface.
Surfaces with Coruliquid can be painted with acrylic based paints.
Resistant to water ponding.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The application surfaces should be dry or with little moisture.
The surface of the application areas should be clean, dustless, durable
Layers decreasing adherence such as oil, grease, dirt, cement slurry, rust, form oil and efflorescence should be cleaned completely before the application.
Possible cracks and faults on the surface should be fixed carefully with CORU-RM-THIN repair mortar.
In the places like terraces, corners must be filleted horizontally and vertically at an angle of 45° and corners are made ready for insulation.
After the surface is ready, ground coat is applied.
Steel surfaces are lined with antirust.
CORULIQUID should be watered down by 40-50% and then applied to the surfaces such as eternit, gas concrete, briquette, tile, brick, concrete and plaster, as a prime coat.

APPLICATION

CORULIQUID is watered down by %50 and the single layer lining is made.
At the latest 8 hours after lining, the CORULIQUID is applied.
It is applied with a brush, roller or airless spray to the prepared surfaces as 2 layers.
The application of each floor should be perpendicular to the previous one, it must be completed at once.
In order for the caulking to be healthy, it should be chamfering where it is required in horizontal or vertical parts.
5 to8hoursshouldpassbetween the application of eachDryingtime may be prolonged in lowtemperaturesandhighhumidityenvironments.

PACKAGING AND CONSUMPTION

CORU MS is available in 10G and 20KG buckets as liquid. Do not thin.

According to the application technique and the absorber of the surface, the rate of consumption is variable.
For exact consumption, controlled sample is recommended
The proportions given here are just theoretical and may be changed depending on the application techniques.

STORAGE

Four times as much piling as can be done in original packaging.
Keep in dry and indoor places.
Please take necessary precautions against extreme weather conditions, water, humid and frost
Keep at temperatures between +10 and +25 Celsius degree and dry places.
Faulty bucket or package should be untouched and returned.
If the warehouse conditions are proper, storage life is 12 months.

WARNINGS

It is not suitable for the insulation of pressure water.
New applications must be protected from rain and frost for 24 hours.
Do not apply in the rainy, foggy and under +10°C.
Do not apply on the frozen and wet surfaces.
Pay attention to safety signs and warnings on the package.
Keep under enough air conditioning level. Prevent from fire and high temperature.
Blend well before the process. Do not keep the package open.
During the rain and under the possibility of rain, do not apply.
Avoid any contact with skin, eyes, and mouth and take necessary work safety procedures.
Do not apply at the temperatures under +10°C and above +30 °C and do not use frozen material by adding water.
